The Dingoes Refrain Pty Ltd is a private company with two directors: Terry O'Halloran and Joan O'Halloran. The company trades as: Runner's World magazine and Start to Finish Event Management.

The Dingoes Refrain obtained the license for Runner's World in January, 1998 for the Australia and New Zealand magazine edition. The first issue was published in Australia in May, 1998 and the first issue covering New Zealand was published in September, 1999.

Runner's World is Australia and New Zealand best selling running magazine and it is the largest running and fitness magazine in the world. The Dingoes Refrain Pty Ltd publishes Runner's World Australia & New Zealand under license from Rodale Press in Emmaus, Pennsylvania.

Start to Finish owns and manages some of Australia’s largest participation run/walk events and a triathlon series. Based in Port Melbourne, we have more than 20 years of experience and an excellent range of community participation events. Start to Finish owns some 20 plus run/walk events. As well, Start to Finish manages other events under contract.
