Step 1 : Enter your time Step 2 : Choose your distance from the dropdown menu Step 3 : Click on blue “Create Paceband” button Step 4 : Click on “Print Paceband” button Step 5 : Cut along the border of the paceband Step 6 : Waterproof the band by covering both sides with clear packing tape. Step 7 : Wrap the band around your wrist, covering the bottom tab with the top edge of the band.
