Resilient Runners Retreat for Beginners

Join us for a weekend of exploring trails, stunning beachside accommodation and fresh organic food in the small coastal village of Walkerville. Adjacent to our favourite national park, Wilsons Promontory.
This retreat includes 3 days and 2 nights, set in the dreamy beachside Bear Gully Cottage, with direct access to the white sandy beaches of Waratah Bay.
Beginning late on the Friday afternoon. Each day we will explore different trails which will be accompanied by delicious organic, plant-based meals.
This retreat is welcome to everybody with no prior experience of either trail running, yoga or any of the wonderful movements Kara will guide us through.
It will be a chance to unwind with a roomy schedule, leaving time to retreat and relax at your own pace.
Space is limited as it will be an intimate retreat with up to 10 spaces (May change pending bed configurations). There is the option to have a private room or shared room, either way please book early so you have more to choose from.
Price includes accommodation, all food, all the movement classes and of course the guided exploring on the beautiful trails.
